2. Files and Content
You are solely responsible for the content of any files you process using the platform. You represent that you have the legal right to process those files and that doing so does not violate any copyright, confidentiality obligation, or applicable law.
For tools that process files entirely in the browser, your files are never transmitted to our servers and we have no access to their contents. For tools that require server-side processing, files are handled temporarily and deleted immediately upon completion of the operation. We do not review, retain, or take ownership of any files you process.
3. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, code, and content are owned by ConvertFilesTool and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the platform or its components without explicit written permission.
The output files you produce using the platform belong to you. We claim no ownership over any files you process or download through the tools.
4. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.
